A date that differs. An empty signature box. A document you still need to find.

Choose a form. Open an issue. See what to check.
These are fictional examples, not a review of your case. The finished product is still in development.

A few things to check.
Turn on JavaScript to explore the sample. Example: a marriage date differs between the draft and certificate. The report would show both values and ask you to verify the correct date.

Before you ask
A few useful answers.
Clear expectations belong in the small print, too.
Is FormCheck available yet?
Not yet. It is in development, with launch planned for early 2027. This is an interactive preview. Pre-orders and document uploads are not open.
Which forms will it cover?
The initial scope is the I-130, a petition used to sponsor an eligible relative, and the N-400, the application for naturalisation. Support for other forms has not been announced.
Will you file my application for me?
No. You prepare or review your draft, decide what to change and submit your own application. FormCheck will provide a report and a draft cover letter for you to review.
Is this legal advice?
No. FormCheck is software for checking consistency and completeness. It is not a law firm, does not choose a legal strategy and does not represent you. For advice about eligibility or a complicated immigration history, consult a qualified immigration professional.
Does a checked application guarantee approval?
No. USCIS makes the decision. You remain responsible for your application and for checking the accuracy of every suggested change.
Why use this instead of a general chatbot?
The intended difference is the workflow: compare a full draft with its supporting documents, locate each issue and turn the findings into a fix list, checklist and cover letter. You can explore that format in the sample review above.
What happens to my documents?
This preview accepts no documents or personal information. Document handling, retention and deletion details will be provided before uploads become available.
How will pre-orders and refunds work?
Pre-orders are not open yet. The planned terms are a full refund on request before delivery, with an automatic refund if the stated delivery deadline is missed. The exact delivery date and refund process will be shown before payment opens.
